About Me

I am an independent contractor who helps businesses in manufacturing and supply chain management to solve their complex, chronic and repetitive problems and make lasting improvements that make a significant financial impact while improving employee engagement at all levels. I also coach and mentor the middle management and supervisory workforce simultaneously.

A business management professional with 32 years of experience

in manufacturing and supply chain in a variety of roles.

An improvement coach facilitating and coaching for multiple change programmes such as lean manufacturing, lean supply chain, ERP implementation, mergers and acquisitions, cost control and profit improvement planning, technology upgrades,

new product ranges etc. since 2008.

• Experience in two distinct work cultures. The industry in India from 1988 till 2002. The industry in New Zealand (and briefly in Australia) since 2002.

• Extensive experience in large industrial conglomerates as well as SMEs and in roles ranging from apprentice to senior management positions.

• 18 years as a functional manager (Factory Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Head etc.) followed by 14 years as a coach, facilitator, consultant or mentor.

• Variety of industries - electrical and electro-chemical, appliances, automotive, marine, building products

• Education and training in four disciplines which complement each other:

  1. Mechanical engineering (Bachelor's degree)​

  2. Operations management (Master's degree)

  3. Information systems (PG Diploma)

  4. Change and transformation (Prosci)
